Data controller

This policy explains how we process your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Data Protection Act (Ley Orgánica 3/2018, LOPDGDD).

What data we process

We only process the data needed to handle your request and to run the website.

  • Contact form: name, phone number, email address (optional), town, service of interest, message and confirmation of your consent.
  • Technical data: when you visit the website, the server automatically processes data such as your IP address, date and time of access and browser type. This is needed to display the page and protect it against attacks.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the form data only to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, properly working website (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and no automated decisions are made.

How long we keep your data

We keep the data from your request for as long as needed to handle it. If a contract follows, we keep it for the periods required by law, for example for tax and accounting purposes.

If no contract follows, the data is deleted no later than 12 months after your last contact.

Recipients and processors

To prepare your quote and have the work done, we pass the necessary details (name, phone, area, type of work and your message) to the service provider in our network who will handle your request. This is necessary to deal with your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Apart from this, we do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which also sends the contact form messages by email. Cloudflare acts as a data processor under a contract in accordance with art. 28 GDPR.

International transfers

Cloudflare's servers may be located outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Contact via WhatsApp

If you contact us via WhatsApp, the link opens the WhatsApp app, operated by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group). WhatsApp's own privacy policy then also applies. We use your number and messages only to handle your enquiry, with the retention periods stated above.

Cookies and external services

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. At most, strictly necessary cookies may be used for the security and operation of the website, which do not require consent (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE).

Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no requests are made to Google Fonts or other external services.

Required data and minors

Fields marked as required in the form are needed to handle your request. Without them, we cannot reply to you.

This website is not intended for children under 14. If you are under 14, please do not send us your data.

Your rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time:

  • Access to your data.
  • Rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure of your data.
  • Restriction of processing.
  • Data portability.
  • Objection to processing.
  • Withdrawal of your consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before.
