Gardening on the slopes of Sierra Blanca
Steep plots behave differently from flat gardens. Water runs downhill, so the top terraces dry out first while the lower ones can stay wet. Pine needles collect on roofs, in gutters and in the pool, and dry vegetation at the edge of the plot is a fire risk in summer.
- Thin tall pines so the wind can pass through the crown and fewer branches break.
- Remove branches that hang over the roof, the pool or the driveway.
- Set separate irrigation zones for the upper and lower terraces.
- Clear dry natural vegetation around the plot in late spring, before the fire season.
- Rake pine needles regularly from beds, paths and pool areas.

Yes. Trained climbers from our network prune tall pines using rope access or a lifting platform, and all branches are taken away.
Do you work inside gated urbanisations like Cascada de Camoján?
Yes. We arrange access with you in advance and follow the rules of the urbanisation.
Can you clear the natural land around my villa before summer?
Yes. We cut back dry grass and scrub around the house and along the boundaries, ideally in late spring, and remove all the green waste.
